Description
This option entitles you to a 30 minute consultation call with myself (this can be done via WhatsApp, zoom or skype dependant on preference), during the call we will discuss a variety of areas such as you’re goals, needs, requirements and go into the specifics of the outcome you are looking for and by working together formulating a strategic action plan to best enable you to achieve your specified goals in the most efficient way possible.
This option is also for those who are looking for advice and want to know more about the sort of things I cater for in terms of peoples goals i.e. (fat loss, strength programming, hypertrophy etc)
During the call I will go into detail about your individual goals, discuss medical conditions and injuries & discuss possible options moving forwards in terms of a positive resolution for yourself.
Prior to scheduling the call I will be in contact with you via email to schedule the call at a convenient time for us both and prior to the call I will ask you to complete a client intake form which I will need to be completed ahead (24 hours) prior before conducting the consultation, this is to avoid time delays and for me to have the information in advance to suggest the most appropriate course of action to take.
