Description
This package entitles you to 5 x personal training sessions (60 mins) with myself, the session structure, intensity level and focus is dictated by the clients needs & individual goals.
You can get a lot done in an hour, especially when you multiply that by a factor of 5, when you are getting pushed to your limits by an experienced professional personal trainer equipped with the knowledge and expertise so you can get the most out of your training, time and resources.
During these sessions you will be pushed to your limits and will surpass your limits, making substantially faster progress compared to training by yourself.
Throughout the session I will be giving you ques, pointers, demonstrations and tips dependant on your individual needs and my observations.
This equates to roughly one session per week however these can be utilised in a shorter period of time if requested and subject to availability, session timings are agreed by both parties at a convenient times.
(Any client prior to purchasing a personal training session package option must undergo a consultation with myself & pass the pre-exercise checks and requirements first).
